Redemption! I am not sure what GS did to correct their shipping issues but it worked. I ordered 3 shirts on Saturday 01⁄16 and they arrived Tues 01⁄19. The quality of the shirts and a 25% off sale is why i decided to give GS another go last weekend. Once again, whatever changes these guys have made to their staff or processes it is for the better.

I’ve been waiting 2 weeks and counting and my items still haven’t even shipped yet. Customer service is horrendous! 18 minutes to speak to a representative and don’t even waste your time emailing them because they won’t respond. I order online often from other companies and I’ve never experienced such poor customer service like this before. Not even an apology or an explanation NOTHING! I still have no idea when my order will be shipped and honesty doesn’t even matter anymore considering it was a birthday present for my boyfriend who’s birthday is today! I will never order from this shit company ever again, and all you that choose to you might want to put your ordering in now so maybe it will arrive by Christmas!

Honestly I never posted anything on Unilocal but for this company I had to take the time out of my day to do it. Honestly… The product is very good! I love the designs and the material that they make their shirts out off is just perfect. It’s not cheap quality at all. And this is why I came back. But honestly, their service makes me think of the guy who would get everyone in trouble in boot camp. Yup it’s terrible. I ordered 2 shirts and they took a month to SHIP them. I just ordered 2 more and its been a week and no sign of them being shipped, I sent an email and didn’t get a response(it’s been a week). I was browsing around wanting to buy some more shirts(I mean a lot more) but now that I see how freaking long it takes to get them id rather just find a different company. It’s sad cause I love their brand but dang no way im going to wait this long to get shirts. And the«our staff just got out of the military» excuse doesn’t work for me. I just got out of the military and I work in Customer Service. If anything they should be more squared away and efficient. There is not excuse for being mediocre. But like they say the fish rots from the head… In other words the chain of command here is all jacked and ineffective. Id expect better from a drill sergeant/drill Instructor. Who ever you are, honestly, you’re sitting on a goldmine!!! this product is excellent and very well worth every penny you charge for your product. The designs are cleaver and pretty cool. The material is top quality not the cheap stuff you find at a base. You have everything to make a great company, you just gotta start wheating out all the bags and organize the staff to start working up to par. Like I said I love the product im just very dissatisfied with the Customer service.

Placed an order on 6÷3÷15. Money was taken out of my account immediately. Received an email that some of the items were backordered and wouldn’t ship out for 1 – 2 weeks. Never shipped in-stock items. I emailed their help desk several times with no reply. After two weeks and no news, I called and requested they cancel my order. They said they would cancel it and it would take 2 – 5 days for my account to be credited. I received no cancellation confirmation and the money was never refunded to my account. Called again a week later and was told the order had been cancelled and the customer service rep would immediately send me a cancellation confirmation via email. Never got it. Still haven’t received a refund. There are plenty of other veteran owned companies with excellent customer service to shop with. I would never shop here again. Major hassle, especially working the midnight shift and having to set an alarm to wake up to call the company during business hours since they won’t respond to emails!

Shop Elsewhere. Ordered two shirts that said in stock. Week later I emailed asking for status on the order. Nothing. Finally seen a Email reply saying a Support ticket was created. Then couple more updates stating the issue was being passed around. Finally contact them via chat. Found out that one of the shirts listed as In Stock wasnt even being produced yet and they were just collecting to see who wanted them. Then wanted me to pay 5.95 to get the other shirt sent. Requested full refund. Informed it would take 2 – 10 business days for the refund to clear due to my bank. About week later posted a reply to one of the ads I seen for them on Facebook. CEO contacted me. Claimed most the staff just recently got out of the military and still learning customer service. Also told me the Ticket System was put in place a month ago and still working issues with it. Funny thing got the refund few days later. Will say this. Shop else where. Other«Veteran Owned» Companies out there. Grunt Style will not be getting any business of mine again. Had the chance to have a customer but they lost it due to lack of customer support. Be warned that shirts arent listed right on the website via«In Stock»
