This salon was in Mr. Rizza’s basement. I had some streaks done. Even though it is now closed I think it’s important to note he over charged me. My hair was shoulder length and I had bangs. Most of the streaks were placed in my bangs, and he charged me the price for «long hair». Also when he rinsed out the dye it trickled down my back and only when I got home I realized that my shirt had been dyed as well and ruined. This is due to negligence of properly placing enough towels around my neck during the rinse. If he ever re-opens I would strongly not recommend him.
