Had a surgical procedure and the anesthesiologist sent some work here. All the other service providers got my insurance information straight, except these guys. So I get a bill, asking me to update my insurance or pay them. They haven’t answered their phone in two days. The recording asks for a 14 digit account number(7 then an additional 7 numbers) and my bill has an 11 digit number. Keeps telling me I am entering it wrong, then disconnects me if I choose that I don’t have a bill. When I push other options to speak with someone I receive a message such as «we are in a staff meeting and can’t answer the call.» A google search comes up with this address 2000 Spring Rd Ste 200 Oak Brook, IL60523 –1804, which may be the same company. Very frustrating to get ahold of these guys.
