Mattress Firm Carol Stream

Just bought a mattress from Sharon and she was awesome! She was super patient with us and even showed us options for down the road when we look for ourselves. We will be back!!!

I purchased a queen size mattress set earlier this week, and worked with Sharon. She seemed very knowledgeable about all the products out on the sales floor, and did what she could to earn our business.
She was also fair in the negotiating process in terms of both price and product, so we are happy with the transaction from start to finish. She did ask for our business on the first visit in, but my husband had to take his time in making a decision. She was disappointed I’m certain that we couldn’t close the deal within the first ½ hour at the store, but never made us feel uncomfortable about taking time to make the right decision. Ultimately, that was the reason we went back to Mattress Firm in Carol Stream. There are quite a few choices in the area around Stratford Square Mall, but this location was easy to work with and good on price. We worked with another gentleman when we returned to finalize the order, and he was easy to work with as well.
Delivery went smoothly, and we are satisfied overall.

Store Manager Ralph Dote was very helpful. Although busy with clients who were clearly there for higher end product purchases, he treated me as if my simpler needs for a Guest Room bed were completed. Once he knew I only needed a «second» bed for the Guest Room, he pointed me to the perfect, «on sale» purchase. I picked up a «Colter Way Plush» set. Family and friends have slept over and raved over the comfort. ONLY reason for 4 stars was that the delivery persons seemed in a huge rush. They didn’t ask about another mattress to remove, nor did they offer to connect the frame to the headboard. I was never told that the latter would be included. I just assumed. So I did it myself… after removing the mattresses they delivered. Thankfully it was only Full size.
I stated in answer to question with this review that price was moderate. Generally the store carries what I think is expensive merchandise, but more for primary mattress buyers.
