They fixed our XBox 360. Yippee! This wasn’t the «red ring of death». We already had that and had to ship the Xbox back to Microsoft which was a big hassle.
So to avoid that we decided to try and find a local place to fix this problem. Actually I wanted to go the Microsoft route. Even though it was painful, you knew what you were getting. After much debate, we went the local route.
This place is run by 2 guys who know their stuff, yet can still converse in English (non-​tech talk) so you understand them. We dealt with Anthony Coolidge. Hubby took in the Xbox, and it was evaluated, they gave us an estimate and we left it there. Several days of complaining ensued, but it was only gone from Saturday until Tuesday, not very long in the repair world.
This place is located in an older building that needs some work. Don’t be scared, it’s ok. I’m sure the rent was cheap and it gives these guys what they need.
So I will be spreading the word about this find to all my other friends who hopefully won’t have problems like we did. Thanks Anthony!
