Pizza Hut

The management, specifically Nicole and their night staff are dishonest people and have no sense of customer service. I placed an order this evening, for my children, via the online system and the system indicated the order would arrive in 75 min. The arrival time came and went and when I called the location, they indicated Nicole called me when the cc was declined and she noted in the system that the individual declined placing an order. Nicole actually never called me and if she had, we would have been able to release the hold because the cc company was alarmed that there were charges on the same day in 2 different states. The staff indicated they would call Nicole and I would hear back from her tonight. After waiting 40 min and over 2.5 hours from the original order, I called back and was told she would call me tomorrow and there was nothing they could do for me. Well thank you very much for the great customer service.

I was walking by Pizza Hut this evening when I saw a sign on the window about pull apart garlic cheese crust pizza. I went in to order that specific pizza and the man behind the desk put up this big fuss that this pizza doesn’t go on sale until March 3^rd and was going to take down all the signs. I was pretty disappointed bc that was why we chose to walk-​in to the store on our way to get groceries. I went online after ordering a plain pizza and noticed I could order it online. When I went back in I asked him about it and he said I’ll talk to my manager … I then see him walk away and laugh. I go to my car and see our pizza was burnt. My daughter wouldn’t eat it. I decided to see what would happen if I ordered the original pizza I wanted and if it would get delivered. Next thing I know that pizza from the same location was delivered right to my door. Although the crust twist able cheese pizza was ok I would never order from that place again. If I could give a zero or negative star I would.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! This has to be the worst pizza I have ever had. The cheese was extremely low quality as well as the toppings. I was quoted an hour and a half delivery time on a wed which is ridiculous. When I received the pizza they forgot 2 of my ingredients. I called and was on hold for another 20 min. Called back again was hung up on. Called again and was told a manager would get on the phone hung up on again. Not even a chance to speak. Talked with the manager and he said that they have a work program for hs students and that’s why my pizza was messed up. Really? I pay 25 $ for a pizza and cheeseticks and you have kids making my pizza? NEVER AGAIN… STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

Decided to get Pizza Hut tonight per the kiddos’ request. I was utterly disappointed. The pizzas were very low quality. Cheese was almost nonexistent and there was 1 piece of pepperoni on each slice. Apparently the quality has decreased over the years. I only paid $ 11 per pizza and I still think I paid TOO MUCH!

If you like getting stomach aches and diarrhea and frequent trips to the bathroom. Then Pizza Hut is right up your alley. You might be better off taking a piece of bread and put in spaghetti sauce and some cheese on it and then throwing them in the oven that’ll probably be better than Pizza Hut lol

We called this Pizza Hut at 10:30 on a Friday night after looking through the website (which clearly states they deliver until midnight) and deciding our order, only to discover that they are done delivering for the night. Very disappointing considering we are about 5 minutes away. We even called the next closest location that stated that they were unable to deliver outside their location. Great way to lose business! Good thing we can always rely on Joseph’s.

What awful, low-​quality food. Unfortunately, the kids ask for their cheese pizza sometimes. Pizza the Hutt has been a mainstay here in Chicagoland for may decades. I have many fond memories of dining in their «dine-​in» restuarants in the ‘70s and ‘80s — which are now closing in droves and being replaced by these small carry-​out franchises. The dine-​in restaurants were wonderful, but these carry-​out restaurants are gawd-awful…the quality is horrible and I could actually taste the salt embedded in their cheese and the sugar in their red sauce. If you want to be a fat, unhealthy American eating low quality food, then by all means, order from here. If you’re gonna indulge, at least order a quality pizza, but then again, you get what you pay for, right?
PS-​I do always eat what the kids don’t finish, hence his review. Just wolfed a slice down… everything in moderation, eh?

Once upon a time this location was all about quality, efficiency, and great customer relations. Over the years they have declined. Their pizzas are not even fully cooked as evidence by the beef that was pinkish once when we ordered. Their wings are actually not bad. DO not bother asking for crushed red pepper or cheese to be delivered with the food because they will most likely forget to bring them. Don’t blame the high school students they hire because it seems they don’t receive the proper training. I realize it is probably independently owned but maybe a call to corporate would help set this location straight and step up their game.

It’s too bad that this Pizza Hut is so terrible.
I called for an order at 7:20 pm. Estimated delivery was 8:20 pm. Fine, I can wait an hour.
At 8:40 I called them and they told me the driver is going to be there in the next 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I called them to cancel my order.
Worst part, when I called to cancel, I was put on hold for 3 minutes, so I had to call back lol.
Not even an apology.

I will never go to the pizza hut again. Ordered online and after check out was told delivery would be 2 hours. Called to change to pick up which would be only 40 min. 15 min later I received a phone call to confirm my online order… huh? Told them again that it would be for pick up and we were told it would be ready in 40 min 15 min ago. The caller then said «oh yes I see you changed it from delivery to pick up. You’re order is ready.» HUH??? Still confused but hungry decided to go pick up the food.
I get there and they were still making my wings. When my name was finally called they forgot to give me my 2 liter of pop. When I asked they said they didn’t know if I was supposed to get it. It was only once I showed my receipt did they give me my 2 liter.
To make matters worse the pizza was cold when I got home. :(
This pizza hut seemed very disorganized. If i wanted cold pizza after an hour I would have popped a frozen pizza in the oven. I will NEVER come to this pizza hut again.

Went in today with a coupon for 2 pizzas for $ 15.99, with up to 3 toppings. A great deal, so I asked a friend to join me at dinner. Well, the bill ended up being almost $ 30.00. Apparently, CERTAIN toppings aren’t included,(which of course, nobody tells you about until you need to pay!). In this day and age, an unhappy customer is something you just can’t have… instead of comping the extra charge, when she (manager on duty) even admitted that we should’ve been told ahead of time, she just stood there and repeated the total twice. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, I don’t think so!

I’ve never been a huge fan of Pizza Hut but this Carry-​out /​Delivery location also has wings, so I was excited to try them. Too bad they aren’t good! They have several flavors to choose from and we had the Buffalo Medium and the Garlic Parmesan, both traditional style. I wasn’t impressed. If you want good wings, try Hooters.
