Pizza Hut

Called for a pizza delivery. I’m 1.5 miles away.
They said 2 hours ?
Wtf is wrong with companies these days and how in the world do people still put up with that kinda service ?
2 hours for a delivery? Seriously? It’s not super bowl Sunday lol
Never spending money there.

Yes, this is Pizza Hut and it’s 2015… this past year I have only used the on-​line ordering gig. Have never had an issue with it and my order has been correct and ready on time every time. This Pizza Hut is a take out and delivery only joint, which is good as the dine in one down the road was the typical very dated and dirty old school Pizza Hut that I fondly remember eating in during high school, years ago.
The on-​line ordering was pretty simple and straight forward. I do find the endless possibilities of pizza choices and or combinations can’t be daunting because you are left wondering if you picked the best one.
Today was definitely a good choice for pizza flavors. Ordered a specially pizza with a pretzel crust, jalapeños, onions and salami. It was fantastic and the jalapeños actually had a bite to them and tasted like jalapeños! Also order the breadsticks. They were warm and crispy on the outside with a nice chew on the inside. The marinara sauce that came with was tasty as well.
Let’s get to the visual part of the meal. Have to say that it was a pleasing pizza to look at even might say artistic. Look, I’m from NY and live in Chicago. Two parts of the States that claim their pizzas are the best. Over all, a great tasting pizza. The topping looked fresh and tasted fresh. Pretzel crust, how could you not like that?!
Don’t knock it till you try it. If you are still having problems with the online ordering, maybe you’re it wrong.

Unwilling to take special order request/​substitutions. Asked to substitute pepperoni in roll ups with ham. Unwilling to make simple exchange. Won’t be back.

Sometimes, you’re just in the mood for some subpar, cheap chain pizza! This location used to be a restaurant location with a buffet, but they recently moved about a block down to a new strip plaza– takeout/​delivery only, no more restaurant. Since its new everything was shiny and clean, which was a nice contrast from the old dark & dingey location they were previously in.
It was just your usual predictable Pizza Hut pizza, however I was a little irritated. I ordered a medium pan pizza. When I went to pick it up they informed me they had run out of the ROUND pan pizza (uhm… What?) so they substituted the square medium pizza instead– it’s what they use in their dinner boxes. Now maybe I’m crazy– but there IS a difference in the pizzas other than shape. I can’t pinpoint it but there is definitely SOMETHING. Plus I just happen to hate square slices of pizza. Call me strange.
This will remain our go-​to when we want a $ 10 pizza… Which doesn’t happen very often.

Have tried to call here a few times over the years and seems like they always disappoint. Continually out of certain pizza styles or ingredients. I have also been quoted an hour and thirty minute delivery times on non peak times. This location needs to get with it. Pizza hut isn’t my first choice but every once and awhile they come out with something new you want to try. Just don’t try to get it at this location.

I ordered delivery from here this evening. I am a fan of Pizza Hut pizza normally, but this was a horrible experience. The pizza I received was luke warm, breadsticks were as hard as a rock and the cinnamon sticks the same. It’s cheap, but NOT worth the money. I’d rather buy a frozen pizza from the grocery store. What a dissapointment.

Worst. Pizza Hut. Ever. Ordered Veggie Lovers pizza: received extra bonus: bacon and sausage bits mixed in with the veggies. Definitely to be avoided if you are a vegetarian. Never. Going Back. Ever.

Just pizza hut. Pizza buffet is awesome, especially while in middle or high school. Have not been in forever, but would go again, have to wait for hot pizza because old pizza sitting out sucks!
