Great place to get your nails done it make an appointment to be sure you don’t have to wait. The nail techs are very professional and always busy. For you guys, this visit there were 5 of us at the same time, so don’t be shy about coming in.

I got an excellent gel manicure from Brendan. He was meticulous. He was very nice to talk to and gave me some excellent restaurant recommendations.

I made appointments for a large group (8) to get manis and pedis before our friend’s wedding the following day. We made the earliest appointments we could (9:30) because we had to be somewhere else by noon. I asked if I could bring snacks and beverages for the group and when I arrived they had a nice little table setup. Very appreciated. Sadly, that was the highlight of our visit. Apparently it doesn’t matter here if you have an appointment. Three people in our group sat for pedis while the others just sat and waited. Good thing I brought snacks! Maybe the other people (not in group) who were getting served also had appointments, but in that case, they were really overbooked. Two hours later, half of our group still hadn’t received manicures and had to leave. They don’t seem to have a good system for keeping track of who has paid/​not paid and mass confusion ensued. Girls who paid were accused of not paying and those who tried to pay were not attended to.
Maybe the super slow service could be forgiven if the manis/​pedis we received were killer, but they just weren’t. I opted for the gel nail color for my manicure and was really disappointed in how they turned out. The gel is lumpy on some fingers and just wasn’t cleanly applied so the color on top looks messy around the edges. The color (went with a light pink) is VERY streaky and needed another coat. If I didn’t have to run out the door I would have insisted they fix them, but there was no time. The fact that they let me leave with nails looking like this doesn’t say much for their standard of quality.
To sum up, the manis/​pedis here were mediocre. If I was a walk-​in, I’d have no reason to complain about waiting, but you expect a little more service when you make an appointment. Especially when you’re bringing in a large group. Thankfully, the 10% group discount makes me feel a little bit better, but I would have paid more for quality service delivered in a timely manner.

Im from out of town and found this nail salon on Unilocal.Service was fast, courteous and high quality. There were 3 of us and we each had pedis and i had a brow wax. I would definitely go back.

I’ll give this place a solid 3 stars. We’ll see how long my pedicure lasts however. The lady assured me that my french polish would last a month. What she doesn’t know is that I spend half my time barefoot in the sand or running long distances. So, we’ll see.
I was also planning on getting my eyebrows waxed. I hadn’t mentioned this however when the lady says, ‘you need eyebrow wax?’. And I was like, um does it look like I need eyebrow wax? Which of course I did, but still. I didn’t think it was a very couth way to go about it. Regardless, I let her do them. They’re a little thin, but definitely look much better than what I had going on before. I was pouring tears by the end though and she kept telling me not to crinkle. Well, it hurts lady… I have to crinkle. She also threw in there that she’s a 15 year veteran of waxing. Wouldn’t you think it would hurt less then? Just saying.
4÷24÷08 — Update — Yeah, the polish is definitely coming off. But, what can you expect from nightly walks on the beach? I can’t fault Lisa. And I love my eyebrows more and more. A friend that I hadn’t seen in at least a month even complimented me on them.
