Since my last review, 2 or 3 members of management have contacted me to see how they could rectify the situation. Someone contacted me via message here on Unilocal and asked for my contact info. After that at least 2 people have called and left voicemails trying to get a hold of me to rectify this (I’ve been horrible about returning calls so I haven’t done it and had forgotten about it until just now). I’m leaving the 5 star update because not only did they monitor the feedback left on here but they tried very diligently to get a hold of me to see what they could do to make it right. A real rarity in this day and age!
