This is probably one of the worst dental offices in this area. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff, the dentist was also very rude, and had no idea what to do. They are just looking to make money and don’t care about patients. They suggested i get tooth extraction when all i had were two minor cavities which i got filled from else where. Definitely DO NOT GO HERE.

I would like to take a moment and let you know how great of a dentist Dr. Kory Waid is from Smiles on Randall. I am deathly afraid of needles and lets be honest people the dentist office is not the most fun place to spend time at, but Dr. Waid made the experience as painless as possible. He was so great in explaining exactly what he was doing so there were no surprises which made me feel really at ease. Thanks again to you and all your staff! Office staff is very professional and friendly as well. My initial cleaning with the hygienists was a very positive experience — I asked for her again for my 6 month follow up cleaning. The doctor took his time with me and explained everything he was doing. I needed to change my dentist due to insurance coverage and I was very pleased with each of my three visits.
