Had a business relationship with Coverall for approximately 5 years. In that time had to replace the first janitor because over time his cleaning became less thorough. The 2nd janitor was fine until he sub-contracted the job out to someone else. The 2nd janitor never notified us when he subcontracted the job to someone else. This created some security concerns when he supplied our key and security codes to that person without first checking with us. The subcontractor was not trained adequately and was seen talking on her phone while her child vacuumed. Coverall’s actions have been less than professional when discussing ways to address concerns. Suddenly, however, when trying to terminate the relationship — they became hyper-professional and sited the contract ‘s precise procedure for ending our relationship. Overall — less than satisfied with cleaning services, and extremely dissatisfied with companies supervisory responses.
