Not a good company. We called for information. The owner offered to come out, see our yard, and give us an idea what he could do for us. He offered to light up our patio as a demo and leave it with us for a few days to see if we like it and want to purchase the lights. We agreed. Cost was not discussed at this time.
Well the lighting design was poor. Didn’t do anything we had said we wanted from the lights. So he came back to remove the lights and then asked for $ 125 fee for the ‘consultation.” Nothing had been said beforehand that there would be a fee for the consultation or demo. We refused. He was unpleasant about it. Said that nothing in his ad in the Axxess book implied a free consultation or demo. But nothing in the ad said there would be a fee, either.
Had he told us up front it would cost $ 125 just to come out for a consultation we would have refused right then and this unpleasant incident never would have happened.
Bottom line — find some other company for your lighting!
