AWESOME getaway spot! SO secluded and private. No rentals unless their rented out by a private owner, but there’s one hotel on the island. Barely anyone on the beach!
So rustic, beach houses with no AC that literally leave the doors & windows open 24⁄7 with fans going
All the houses are RIGHT on the water, you have to charter a boat, take a ferry or fly a private plane. Rusty old beat up vehicles stay on the island for travel from the shore to your destination. Must bring all food needed for the trip, no retail stores on the island!
It’s kind of like camping on the beach in a cabin… But without real camping haha! SO grateful our friends invited us, can’t wait for the next trip!
BRING beach gear and enough food & alcohol! Because there is NO way to restock unless you leave the island!
