I have worked with Jeff and Virginia twice in the past six months regarding my son’s Alienware/​Dell laptop. Both times I have been very satisfied with the work and particularly the customer service which starts with Jeff coming to pick up the computer from me whereever I happen to be that day and ending with him returning the laptop to us fixed and with advice about how to prevent future issues. Note that the fact I had to engage them twice had nothing to do with their work the first time and all to do with my 13 year old son!
