Bike shop/repair that seems to focus on speed cyclists, not as much on commuter cyclists(like most of the folks in the ‘hood). Still, it’s a very pretty shop. Yes, I called this bicycle outfit«pretty.» They have BROOKS England saddles and high-end cycling accessories and gear. The clincher is the café. Today I was served a KILLER latte by a friendly barista. And there is food, too. I will be back!

So happy to have found this store! Santiago, the mechanic, is very nice and knowledgeable. He fixed my bike super fast and was very patient with all the questions I had. Also, fair when it came to charging for his service. There is a closer bike shop in my neighborhood, but Maglia Rosa proved to be THE place to go. Definitely going back. I didn’t try the coffee/pastries, but will do next time.

Went in for a last minute bike repair. Super friendly /quick service and lots of tips for my upcoming trip to Italy! Super cute inside — bought a panini(to go) for lunch which was amazing. Will definitely be going back for a coffee and lunch soon(and pastries!!).

Fantastic place! Solid espresso(La Colombe) and friendly staff. They have sandwiches, but I’ve never had one. Today I was riding in Carroll Gardens and I had a little bike problem(wheel shifted in the dropouts), so I stopped by Maglia Rosa. The owner was there, and he was happy to let me borrow a couple wrenches to fix it myself. Classy guy.

It’s pretty rare to find a(serious, pro) bike shop that also serves coffee and pastries/lunch! I have been here for all of those things. Although it is a small shop, the espresso drinks are great, the pastries are delicious and the panini are definitely worth stopping by for if you are in the area. There are three bistro tables and a counter with a few stools, so it is an intimate shop. The menu is limited with about 8 types of pastries and 6 or 7 panini. In addition to espresso drinks they also have Italian juices and sodas. I had my bike tuned up, which was over $ 100 since it hadn’t been tuned for years, but they also gave my jogging stroller an adjustment as well!

Very impressed with their mechanic. My Campy shifter needed a rebuild. They got it fixed, totally re-cabled everything, and my Colnago feels new again. Felissimo!

This place is great! We’re so happy to have someplace good in the neighborhood to be able to grab a coffee without walking over to the main strip on Court street. Really great atmosphere, friendly folks running the place, chill layout to hang out with friends or find a chair in the corner to be by yourself. AND the coffee is good. I would also second some of the other reviews on here, suggesting that they do outdoor seating when it gets warmer out.

The best coffee I’ve had outside of Italy. Also bikes and apricot pastries. Mmmmmmmm…

It’s just special here. Part bicycle museum, part bike shop, part coffee bar, and some(out-of-this-world) panini thrown in too. So you could theoretically do any or all of the following things there: buy a $ 10k custom bike, get a flat tire fixed, have an espresso ristretto, eat lunch, watch soccer, or just absorb the very Italian vibe of the place.

I love this place! The staff is friendly. The caffe is clean and spacious. They have a great selection of bikes… too bad I have 3 at home. And I enjoyed the prosciutto panini with a cappuccino. Que delicia!

Serving La Colombe espresso and bike repairs while-you-wait? Seems that Maglia Rosa has got my number. Run by Italian guys, serving panini that looked to be in the $ 10-$ 12 range, but on this — my first visit — I just had an espresso. The atmosphere is clean and classic with stainless steel and wood, and beautiful bikes on display above the bar. A few tables and a bar that faces the window of the bike shop area. Cortado was great, brake adjustment fast. What more is there to say? Definitely worth checking out this new neighborhood spot.
