We reached out to this company after having our basement, garage, and porch done. After having spent close to 4k with this company, we’d expect a bit more loyalty. After calling several times since April to get our porch redone since it is cracking in certain areas, our calls went unanswered and straight to voicemail. The one time he did answer, he said that he would come if it didn’t rain (which of course it did and we’ve been trying to reach him ever since. Coincidentally he would answer if we called from a different number.
After this treatment, I am convinced there is another company in Columbus that would love to have our business and loyalty. I recommend staying far away from this company– it appears that either he isn’t equpped to handle business or chooses not to.
