Ace Tailor

Only gave one star because I had to, deserves 0 stars… Very disappointed, dropped off 2 dresses and one skirt– only one of the dresses had the work done (hem), the other dress came back as-​is with the chalk marks still on the inside where it was to be taken in but erased from where the hem was to be taken up on the outside??? The skirt had the chalk marks erased on the outside but was never taken up! I was charged almost $ 150.00 for the fiasco. I am not sure what they were thinking but this is outright fraud and stealing from the consumer and this shop should be shut down if they think this is how they should operate. I will be requesting my money back when they open on Monday and taking my business elsewhere and I will make sure to spread the word about how this place is ripping people off of their hard earned money.

Denied measuring me for a dress before I could even finish talking to her about her fixing the one I had with me.

What an excellent tailor. I’ve had many other suits tailored at high end stores and what not, but this lady gets it done better and she’s lightening quick. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been going to this woman for the past 3 years since I’ve moved back to Dallas. I go to her purely for suits and she does a good job. The price is reasonable, if not cheaper than any other place. To give insight to how much it costs… it was between 60 – 70 bucks to have the jacket sides taken in and pant waist taken in and inseam hemmed.
Bottom line, she’s good at what she does, she’s pretty fast, and nice. Don’t fear putting your suits in her hands.

5 stars for quickness, quality work, and very good customer service. The owners name is Yong. She is very helpful and friendly. She even brings her dog there sometimes. Great location, adjacent to a Dry Cleaner which I also utilize every now and then.
I am a pretty lazy guy so I don’t make trips to the tailor until I have like 5 things that need altering. So all in all I go like two or three times a year. Which also tells you how often I get my dry cleaning done… lol.
Ace Tailor has always been very helpful, I always do original hem. She does a great job, quality work and very fast. Once I forgot to tell her I wanted the original. Luckily when i came back to pick it up, I told her and she still had the original and corrected it for me so I was able to pick it up the next day. AWESOME.

After calling a few places that are better known and being told it would take three days to alter some designer jeans, I called this place up. What a fantastic job they did. The phone call was answered promptly and was quick to the point. I took my jeans in and had them measured. She told me it would be 30 minutes. I left and came back in an hour and a half and they were completed. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Carrollton area. Or if you’re passing by and need a quick fix.
