i love this place. great customer service and good food. i love crispy chicken sandwich its my fav

I just visited this location for the first time at 3pm on 8÷9÷2015 after their big remodel, and now I wish I didn’t.
I went in, with a coupon that was a dollar off a meal and said «I want the #2» and handed her the coupon.
She pointed to it and said «this?». I said «yes».
She swiped my card and I waited for my drink. And waited. Then my husband asked where my drink was, and the girl at the register said «I only rung up a turkey club sandwich, no drink».
What? That’s not at all what I ordered. When I told her the order was wrong she instantly gave me attitude saying it WAS what I ordered and I pointed out that the coupon had drink and fries too and she just glared at me and offered to change my order.
Forget it! I canceled and left. If this nasty attitude continues at this location I’m never going back.

Arby’s has good sandwich and burger options which is why I like this place. This is the place to go if you want good food.

By far the best drive-​thru curly fries I have ever had! So hot and fresh!
Nice people.
Don’t try the light Tropicana lemonade– yuck!
