This place is a freaking joke!!!
My fiancé never missed one payment but I guess because we are moving out a month early this month they decided to evict us. It just so happened his payment didn’t go through on the website (which is always has) so 5 days past due rent day… Without any notice or call just to ask… They evict us… sad selfish people!!!
.***** And also due to the snow here in Texas someone else that lives her I know couldn’t get movers today but they still demanded that they would throw their stuff on the curb/​make them leave… Ridiculous.

I lived there from 2005 until 2007. Autumnchase is across Castle Hills, so it’s a good area. I was in their smallest apartment first, then moved to a two bedroom apartment with a roommate and lastly, to a one bedroom, but bigger than the first one. Overall, it was a great experience, they do background and credit checks, so the people living there is good, you don’t see crazy people drinking in their front doors, or large ladies in the swimming pool fully clothed and other things like in some apartments I saw while hunting for a place to live. Rent is higher than other places, but not overpriced, nothing wrong with paying a little more if you get a nice place. The people who used to work in the office were great, I had to move from the two bedroom apartment when my roommate decided to leave and they understood, I didn’t pay any penalty for moving to a smaller apartment in the complex. I had a great experience overall and I would recommend the place to any of my friends.

I actually never made it to the «lived here» phase. After completing an application and being approved, our application was «canceled» with no notification. Forty eight hours before our move in date, upon contacting them I was told of this cancellation. They offered me a smaller apartment and no sort of compensation for their mistake.
