I am a big fan of these classes. Alex, the boxing instructor, does a great job of teaching you boxing moves such as the uppercut, jab, cross and hook. These classes are normally an hour and a half long. It’s great because you get numerous stations to work at and each station is tough. It really test your endurance. After the boxing station exercises are complete, if you are not passed out yet, Alex mixes it up with non-stop abdominal exercises. I definitely recommend these classes to anyone who generally wants to get in shape. You don’t have to be great a boxing but just working out with this group will give you results. –Luis

I’ve been pretty athletic my entire life and I can not believe the workouts that I get EVERYTIME I come to class! I have a bad knee and even with that I am able to workout just as hard as the person next to me. This class will continue to amaze me forever. On another note, I love that I’ve gone down a size without even changing my diet. I can’t wait to see results once I do change my diet!
