four sessions in and while i could still barely move, and physio wasn’t helping much, my prescribing ortho decided to see me for an early follow-​up and put my sessions on a temp hold until after surgery. nobody pushed me too hard nor did anyone seem to want to waste my time either by trying to convince me to stick with it when i wasn’t receiving any benefits yet. office staff is wonderful and very organized. i suggest bringing something to read or keep busy for a bit if you might be doing anything that requires EMS. after surgery i will definitely be returning, as they take many different forms of insurance including both of mine. i only wish they were open later during the week and on weekends.
