I contacted Chris McMullen of CMC to do some trim work in 2014. CMC required an upfront deposit. On the day of the job — the contractor did not show up and did not contact me to reschedule. I had to call CMC to find out why no one showed up. After some back and forth conversations and some concerns about the contractor’s suggestions, I cancelled the job. CMC refused to refund my deposit in whole — they only refunded half. No materials were purchased and no work was done. The deposit should have been fully refunded. Chris McMullen made threats against my person and property when I let him know I would be looking into filing complaints. I’m still dealing with this issue in 2016.
