Worst Service!
I pass this place on my home from work, so I decided to give it a shot out of convenience. Because there are close to no reviews on dry cleaners on Unilocal,I figured I’d include my entire process.
Well, I came in Thursday afternoon to drop of as a test, 3 mens button down shirts and 2 blouses. I made it a point to differentiate the shirts to the front desk clerk. I asked how much for the blouses since it was advertised outside that mens shirts were .99 cents but no signage for pricing on anything else other than 40% discount. He said «All the same.» I replied, motioning the blouses, «women’s shirts?» He replied, «All the same, all the same». I was super excited and looking forward to the next day pickup thinking I had found a new cleaners!
I walk in and yesterday older man wasn’t there but instead replaced by a younger female. Much to my surprise, i was billed $ 12 for the blouses. My regular place in Richardson only charges me $ 1.99. I advised the lady there must be a mistake since yesterdays man said it was all the same. After a 25 minute discussion and trying to talk to the man over the phone that ended up w/​him hanging up on me. The lady stated he only spoke Korean and I must of misunderstood him. She was no help and frankly didn’t care to hear what happened. I left and vowed to never return.
