I have attended one of his courses and would absolutely love to attend all his courses.
Amongst all the chefs that I have ever taken courses with/​formally or informally, I find him quite a perfectionist. Chocolates and of course food have always been my interests and I am absolutely amazed by his culinary skills and knowledge.
Very detailed, knowledgeable and above all a gentleman.
I will recommend his classes to anyone who is passionate about chocolates or is just looking to spend some quality time in refining their culinary knowledge.
I wish my schedule works out someday so that I can take a complete download of his knowledge by attending all his classes.

Found Zach’s classes through Groupon. The classes typically have about 6 people. Depending on which class you take, you will have hands on experience when making desserts. Zach will provide copies of the recipes and samples to take home. It’s a fantastic experience to be able to make delicious food and mingle with great people.
