Excellent. Best I have had in Carrollton. Friendly. A little to much sugar in the green beans and Kung Pao-​need more salty and ginger flavor. Overall much better than the other places we tried. Having just moved here we needed to find quickly a Chinese joint — this one is it for this area.

Hard to believe anyone thinks this is great Chinese food. I’m guessing there hasn’t been anything above average here in Carrollton to compare. I’ve been here three or four times and it’s extremely average. It won’t get you sick and the people are nice but don’t expect greatness if you have ever eaten actually good Asian food.

This is standard American/​Chinese food but man is it good!!! I’ve been eating here regularly for years and have never been disappointed. The owners are very friendly and the wait staff dose well. I really enjoy this establishment.

Best hot sour soup in carrollton, the rest of the food is average at best. Some of the Meats I’ve had taste old and reheated. Their décor could use an update.

I hadn’t been to this restaurant in many years (20 or so) but remembered their hot and sour soup was excellent back in the day. We decided to try it again yesterday, and it did not disappoint, the best I have ever had without a doubt.

Great food and service… hot & sour soup is the best I’ve had. I’ve never in 20 years had a bad experience there. It’s a true mom and pop place where they really care about what they do. There’s a reason this place has been around that long. I’d give it more stars if I could.

I came in based on the Unilocal and google reviews and overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The food, to me, was very bland and under seasoned. That isn’t the biggest problem in the world due to the salt, soy sauce and other condiments on the table. I definitely would recommend that you try this location, but keep an open mid.

I have come to this since I was 5 I am now 20 and live 330 miles away every time I come down here I have to eat hear I have not found a better restaurant then this one it has been under the same ownership every time you walk in you will see the same old man greet and seat that has been here since the day this place has opened.

Really nice, fresh-​tasting food. Love their Emperor chicken and Kung Po chicken – yum! I haven’t tried the buffet, but for take-​out it has now taken the place of our much-​missed Cathy Ho’s Restaurant in my heart.

Love love love this place! Best Chinese food ever. I have lived in many states and can’t wait to visit home so I can eat here. The owner Gary always checks to make sure everything is good. The food is always fresh and the buffet food is not bad either.

The best chinese food in Carrollton! Their lunch buffett is awesome. A warning: if you’re planning to eat here for a Sunday lunch, get here early otherwise you’ll be waiting for a table.
