This is my first session and I take the Tuesday/​Thursday evening session. I always love a good challenge and I have definitely gotten it in every class. The material is diverse and challenging and the meal plan is also an added bonus. Jill and Meghan are fun, energetic instructors that make it fun to work out! This boot camp is the total package: great work-​out — great instructors — great meal plan — great value!

By FAR the best boot camp I have ever done! I have done two sessions. It’s super positive, and as someone who was injured, they offered me modifications so I could still get my body worked out! You definitely sweat, so be prepared, but overall, I have noticed great results — I feelt great and have definitely lost weight. The instructors are sweet, accommodating and really know their stuff. They also send a meal plan along with the boot camp to really maximize your results. Price is great, good attitude with everyone involved. Can’t say enough great things about this camp!

Fit Sisters has been a fun and challenging boot camp experience. Meghan and Jill keep us on our toes with creative workouts. I love that no two classes are ever the same! Meghan and Jill are great at pushing you to your limits while also being really positive and supportive. They also offer an awesome meal plan which has given me great, healthy meals and snacks that work for my whole family.

Awesome bootcamp program at a VERY good price! Flexible on class times… as they offer an early morning AND an evening class. That makes it convenient for just about everyone… from working individuals to stay at home moms, etc.
Meghan and Jill are amazing instructors and make the class super fun! Each class is different so you never know what to expect. They also include a meal plan each week if you want to add that to your program as well. And that’s just included in the total cost. So again… great program for a great price! I’ll definitely be taking this class again!
