Most people don’t really know what their business is worth until they put it out there for sale and give it to you guys. IAG not only impressed the buyer, their lawyer, they also impressed me and my wife in a good way. We are very happy to be out of the business and like my wife say maybe we can have a life now. After almost 15 years in the business we hardly know what to do with ourselves but I’m sure we will find plenty to keep us busy, we can finally kick back and do what we want. I contracted with this company about 1 ½ years ago to sell my very profitable retail business. The only value I received was a business appraisal. My on-​line listings have apparently expired, without notice, as they are no longer there. No potential buyers were ever identified. I continue to doubt the legitimacy of this business and would not recommend their services to anyone.

I am reposting a negative review after a year-​and-​a-​half of patience with this company. Do not give this company any money. They have no references. Their marketing efforts appear to be limited to posting an erroneous listing on one or more of the business-​for-​sale websites. After I paid them, they became non-​responsive. After my past Unilocal*review, they finally purported to do something until I removed that review, then they became unresponsive again. Get’ Selling Your Business for Dummies and save the $ 10k.
