You know, they’re never super busy. They always have my order out in a minute after I pay. I love their sandwiches despite that I don’t normally go for subs. Their service is good and I sometimes strike up brief conversation while I wait. I don’t see how anyone could complain about that.

The food is good. It is typical Jimmy Johns food. The staff on the other hand need to be retrained (or trained) in customer service. They are rude and seem to forget some basic customer service things such as if you’re lost, call the customer; there is no proper phone etiquette, and they are quite short tempered on the phone. Hopefully it gets better with time.
