Nice place to live. Although after a few months I’ve found myself wondering where I am… A new luxury apartment complex or not. People never seem to clean up after their animals, our vehicles have been damaged 4 times now on property without any sign of someone admitting fault (once by the apartment construction company, who did pay for their damage without any fight) I would recommend living here, just get one of the ridiculously over priced garages or car ports to avoid the legit mile walk to your place, and stay away from apartments near the elevator if you can… My original apartment pick was «unavailable» (no one moved into it for 2 months after me) and the only one in my floor plan I could get was right in front of the elevator and 24 hr slamming entry door. Overall-I’m content with where I live, but definitely won’t be resigning when the lease is up… Was not anything near what it was supposed to be and I feel like I should live in a place about 10 miles south down the tollway with rent prices. Maintenance has always responded to my requests within an hour or two and the office staff is always sweet, & has always been attentive to any concern I’ve had though.

I absolutely love my apt, but the parking is a nightmare! If you come home after 8pm, there is no place to park.
I completed a maintenance request online over a month ago when I moved in, and it still hasn’t been completed! When I went to go look at the status online today, it showed no records to be displayed. Strange, so they just deleted it without completing it. And the numerous times I’ve tried to call the office, they never pick up.
Lastly, the valet trash is a joke! The man who picks up the trash is extremely rude! Between 8 – 9 there is trash in the elevator because that is where he stores the trash he collects on each floor. And if you leave trash outside that isn’t in a bag, he leaves you a nasty gram on your door. I’ve actually started taking out my own trash instead of having to deal with that!
Sadly, I’m disappointed in this property, and I’m not sure I can recommend anyone to move here. When you pay so much money to live in a nice community, you shouldn’t have to deal with all these issues!

Nice place to live — DOWNFALL: the parking is HORRIBLE! WHoever designed the parking was not taking into consideration the tenets that’s for sure!

I was told in advance my brand new apartment (new construction in which there were no previous tenants) would be ready for move in and upon my arrival this morning, I found used toilet paper covered in human feces in a bathroom drawer, cigarette butts all over the small fenced yard outside my patio, the floors were dirty, and the cold water didn’t work in the kitchen sink. I notified maintenance in the morning and later discovered the sink was broken and had flooded the floor. I was told the sink would be fixed later that day. At 4:30pm, I went to the office to inquire because the sink still wasn’t working and was then told that it would be tomorrow before they could fix it. I moved here from Missouri, drove 12 hours to get here yesterday and am paying a premium in rent to live here, only to find an apartment that was not ready for its tenant, and a maintenance staff who would not, or could not fix the issue in a timely manner, nor provide me an update.

It’s awesome place to live! It’s close to entertainment and nightlife. Everything is brand new and up to date too. The grounds are well kept and always looking their best.
