One of the few stores that has a good selection of bras in my size. Was happy to see that. Staff was friendly but stood there folding clothes and yelling at us from the Corner of the store. Not like the store was so busy she could not have walked over to help us. Store was clean and fir the most part sized which I love

I must say, after my last experience at this store, I will not be coming back out. After the Valley View mall location moved out here, I was expecting the same staff that was always so nice and friendly to me and my fiancée when I dragged him out shopping. Instead, I had these women who kept following us, trying to get my fiancée to sit down and stay away and they kept pushing things on me that I wasn’t completely sure about. They were rude, pushy, and overall, completely unhelpful. I hope this location gets a new crew otherwise I don’t see them doing to well, which is a shame since it’s such a nice and big store. But I will definitely be going to Grapevine or Highland Village from now on.

This is a new store, and I’m glad it opened in my area. So far, I’ve found the customer service to be great and the selection of merchandise is good as well for the most part. They keep the store well organized and it’s set up in a way that makes things easy to find. My only wish is that they still carried their tall length pants in the store. You now have to order those on-​line and have them shipped to the store, which can be a pain if you really need them. This goes for petite lengths also.
