Luna Donuts

Super friendly service and the donuts are always fresh and not over or under done. I pick up a dozen on Fridays for work and she always tosses a couple donut holes in extra for me.

Great Service… Fresh Donuts… & Jalapeño Kolaches! Just what I need to get my day started!

I don’t have much to say here, as this donut shop appears pretty average on the inside. I didn’t even have a donut, as I was just stopping in to kill some time before a job interview. I did have a bottled water that was ICE COLD — so refreshing. The price was $ 1.10 after tax for the larger size of water; I’m pretty sure you’ll pay way more than that at the RaceTrac down the street. Also, when I told the cashier that I needed to go to my truck to get the dime to make change, she told me that she didn’t need it. I hadn’t heard that kind of thing from a cashier in quite a while, so her compromising nature impressed me. Of course I made sure and go get the change and toss it in the tip/​change cup on the counter. If I’m in the Luna Road area again, I’ll make sure and at least stop in for some ice cold water.

We stopped in here for a coffee while waiting for a sales call. The lady behind the counter was super friendly. They have a decent selection of juices and soda and things. Their selection of donuts is fairly standard but they seemed to have an interesting selection of other baked goods and some cool pigs-​in-​a-​blanket style things.
Decent little place with friendly people.

Generic donut shop peddling standards such as glazed and powdered donuts, bear claws and fritters, fruit and sausage kolaches, and breakfast muffins and sandwiches. I always go for the sausage kolaches both in croissant and jalapeño varieties, and the good-​natured lady running the counter always sends me off to work with a baggie of donut holes. 2.5 stars.
