My sister and I were brand new to Carrollton and we needed a good mattress for a reasonable price. We were a little nervous that it would be obvious we had no idea what we were doing and possible buy a mattress for a price that was outrageous. Luckily we went to Mattress Firm and it was amazing! Joyce helped us out from the moment we walked in. She made us both feel like we had known her for years and helped us stay within a reasonable budget. We both walked out with big smiles and grateful to finally be sleeping in a bed and not an air mattress.
The delivery was also great! They called before they showed up to make sure someone was there and were in an out within 20 minutes. They were both very friendly and made sure everything was where we wanted it. They also gave us mints!
