McDonald’s

Been coming here for 2 and a half years the service got bad last fall! But it good to see familiar faces still here and the service has improved. This morning it was very refreshing to see the manager out greeting people pouring coffee and bubbly small talk. He is very easy on the eyes. Food was out within five minutes.
Thx for adding the effort guys good way to start a morning!

Went this morning and just ordered a regular sausage mcgriddle and first off they repeated my order correctly but after I paid, noticed they put it in wrong and charged me more. Then after paying was behind two cars that quickly received their food and left. I drove up and waited 5 – 6 minutes without being told what the hold up was. At the time the workers were just talking and doing small things like putting bags of coffee into a plastic bag to sit by the coffee. Was never contacted and drove off after waiting and headed to work. Don’t come here if you want it to be something quick.

I never have a problem at this location. Drive thru is fast and staff is polite. Food is hot, drinks are cold, and kids are happy…

Went to this pathetic location last week for one of the new Mocha-​Strawberry frappes. After waiting in the drive through line for 15 minutes, when I pulled up to the window I was quoted a price .50 higher than the McDonald’s at the other end of Josey @Hebron. When I called them on this they told me they had different owners which may well be the case but .50 is a pretty big mark up on the same item. I left without the drink and will NEVER go back to this location.

The evening staff could care less about paying customers. Many times they were just giving food away to friends in the dinning area. After eating and experiencing McDs after soo many years. I was reminded why I shouldn’t have come back.

Need to have better drive thru workers. Barely can understand your order or understand them.

The guy who took my money in the 1^st window had long and filthy fingernails — just black with gunk. Very, very gross. If I owned this location, they would be trimmed and cleaned, or he’d be fired. It makes the restaurant look filthy. I’ve repeatedly been given re-​fried fries. I worked fast food for 2 years (about 20 years ago) — I know what fries look like when they’ve been put back in the fryer to ‘freshen up’ — and then re-​salted again. I’ve asked for fresh fries before and been given an argument at the window that the fries are indeed fresh. I stand my ground and get fresh fries, but they tend to empty the salt shaker on the fries when you do this and they’re pretty much inedible. After my last visit — where the money taker guy had the nasty fingernails — I finally reached my zenith and decided writing a Unilocal review was probably a better idea than calling the store. I don’t need a coupon for free McNuggets for complaining — they just need to fix this stuff. Clean employees, fresh food, normal salting. Seriously.

I’ve never had to work a drive-​thru but I imagine it’s not rocket science. So when I was asked to pull up and wait over 5 minutes for fries at the drive thru, I was pretty disturbed, especially since I was on my way into work and every minute counts. How disorganized could you possibly be that you don’t have cooked fries? Then they still mixed old small crumbly fires in w/​the freshly made ones, ugghh!

Decent as most McDonalds. The reason I give it two stars is that it seems like there are always timing their drive through. With the exception of breakfast, every time I go, they ask me to pull around the corner and they will bring my food out. Come on McDonald’s Corp!, start rating your franchises based on quality of food and how fast it actually get to the customer.
Pulling a car around a corner to keep you window time clock down seems to be cheating the system.
