Nu-Way Cleaners

I don’t even know why I changed from my regular cleaners to this cleaners. I usually try to support the business in my community and spread the wealth. This is by far the worse service I received anywhere. I took 5 pants and 3 shirts couple of weeks back, my bill was over $ 45 and I really didn’t think much of it until I wore one of my polo shirt and so that it has a large spot on the sleeve that wasn’t originally there, I returned it with another shirt that had a tiny little grease spot on the chest, I am talking a pin head tiny. Well needless to say the sweet older lady there said sorry, you should have brought it in before wearing it. I told her that I am not asking for a free cleaning, I am simply saying that this spot wasn’t there and even if it was, people bring their stuff to get cleaned not to remain or get even dirtier. Anyway, I told her I will pay for it again just please get it cleaned worth the 4.75 you are charging. And I pointed out the tiny grease spot on the other shirt. My wife went to pick up today, she called and said that the good news is the large spot is gone however, the tiny grease spot is still on the other shirt. Save your money and the agony if seeing more dirt on your expensive clothing. You basically paying handsomely to get your clothes dirtier than when you took them in, sometime making multiple payment to get the same shirt even more dirty. I am extremely disappointed with this place and the service they provide. Is it too much to take clothes to dry cleaners and ask for then to actually be cleaned??? I only gave the one star so I can add comments, this business shouldn’t be star rated at all. Younger Lady us way more personable though

This is such a great, locally owned business! They are super friendly, open at 7:30 for those of us who need to get our errands out of the way before going to work, and even provide you with a handy dry cleaning bag with your name on it so you can just drop your stuff off without having to have it floating in your car. They also have a handy drive thru so you don’t have to get kids in and out of the car. Very competitive rates as well.
