A/C went out, they came within 4 hours on one of the hottest days so far this summer. Excellent service and reasonable prices considering they came out after 7pm. Would highly recommend.

Wow, this should be illigal. My parents that don’t know anything about AC call this company to come and fix a unit. The guy charged the $ 537 for less then 2 hours work. He had the nerve to charge $ 292 for a capacitor that it literally cost $ 19.99 in the stores or even less online. Than a $ 79 for a 5 min diagnosis and a $ 166 for a Hard Start Kit Replacement. I owe businesses for over 5 years and I have numerous AC(HVAC) units that are much bigger than this and never have a work cost me more the $ 500. If I was present when this happened, I would tell him to go and rob someone else. This is seriously ridiculous, I will be commenting all this with the Better Business Bureau and I really hope that this review will make you think twice about these people. I strongly recomend to go with another company. I also hope that other people that have bad experiences will help me and comment to the BBB.

This place is a scam. I had them come out and try to sell me on a brand new $ 10,000 system. My AC was only a couple years old. I told the guy that then he changed the price to $ 6000 for the furnace. I had Keith from Rockwall Air come out the next day and fix everything for $ 75. This company left us in a freezing cold house when it could have taken them 30min to fix our furnace.

called this morning and requested that my air handler be serviced, due to a leak… they came out and tried to sell us a new unit. charged us for a repair and the only thing they did was put a drain kit in, they were here like maybe a half hour. Not worth 165.00 will not be calling them back.

So, last year, in the middle of the summer heat, my A/C died. Yeah, I know, color me lucky. I called the company who had serviced it last, and they told me that the furnace had died, and that it would cost more than $ 1,500 to get this fixed. So, I started calling around to a few of the A/C companies around, to get a second opinion. I didn’t find a whole lot of positive reviews on them on here, so I looked for places in proximity to me, and found the company. The busted their butt to help me out, discounting a whole new system to put it in the same price-point. They came out first thing the next morning — a Saturday, mind you — to install the new furnace. At this point, the house temperature was running in the lower 90s. They installed it quickly, and were amazingly helpful. In fact, I’ve been having them come out to service my A/C and heater as well. They provide coupons in some Val-Pacs, but I appreciate the one-cost tiered approach to how they service: it helps set expectations, and removes some of the am-I-getting-hosed doubt that you can experience when people come work on your house. They’ve done an amazing job of continuing to help — their dispatcher, service, and manager, as well as all of the techs that I’ve come into contact with have been kind and professional. I will continue to use them, and recommend them to friends.
