Best customer service ever! I ordered a product online that was out of stock, and Pender’s Music kept me well informed about delays from the supplier and promptly answered my emails. After receiving the order, my band decided they no longer needed it, and Pender’s reached out to the manufacture to facilitate the return and refund. The company did not make any money on this transaction, but Pender’s gained my loyalty and praise as one of the best companies to shop at. With their great selection of products and good prices, Pender’s is the first place to shop for musical instruments and related products.

Brook Mays PRINT MUSIC which was Accent Printed Music, Inc. DBA Brook Mays PRINT MUSIC is out of business. They were the company in the Dallas area that had the huge print music department. Pender’s is Dallas’ LARGEST print music supplier.

Since Brook Mays Print Music is closed, Pender’s is the place for musicians in town to purchase sheet music. If you solicited Brook Mays Print Music in the past, you will be pleasantly surprised to find your favorite reps now at Pender’s.
Pender’s has a vast array of music for piano, string and wind instruments, and voice. There are also large sections of band, orchestra and choir music. Whatever is not in the shop can easily be procured from their main music center (this shop is just a small one). There are also musical gift products for yourself, your child’s music teacher or your favorite musician.
Pender’s also hosts special workshops for music teachers and conductors. Their website is quite informative about the upcoming events at the store.
I’m happy this shop is just around the corner from my house! Very convenient for this cello player!
