I paid to have my 2003 Honda Pilot ignition fixed. The locksmith came and«fixed» the lock. It worked for about a day. This lock is famous for tumblers bending and not working any more, as had happened with mine. Well the locksmith left three bent tumblers in the lock. Additionally there were parts missing when the lock was reinstalled. This caused the car lighting system to not know if there was a key in the ignition. After calling and discussing with the locksmith, they would not admit to doing anything wrong and explained there was«no guarantee.» They did offer me $ 85 of the $ 319 charge back, how kind. I was left buying a new ignition from Honda for $ 150 to have the parts to fix the car myself which took me about 4 hours. Do not call these people, their«no guarantee» is really not a guarantee, if you’re as unlucky as me, your car will stop working 3 blocks down the road and they will charge you full price to fix it again. I’ll post pictures showing the parts that were missing.
