I would have done four or five stars but one thing ruined it… Everything was fine. The room was fine, the lady up front was wonderful and the location was fine. But my boyfriend and I were leaving our room and we had to get it cleaned. I was flying back to Boston for school that night and his dad was going to share the room with him that night since I was gone. Obviously, my boyfriend really wanted the bedsheets new since his dad was going to stay in the bed. We saw a lady cleaning the rooms coming towards our room. We asked her to clean our room. She said yes. After dropping me off at Hartsfield-Jackson in Atlanta, they get greeted by the same room, no cleaning… We had no do not disturb sign and we literally told the lady to clean the room and she didn’t. It was so damn annoying. But everything else was fine. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, but that situation was stupid as fuck.

This place has gone downhill. The toilet seat in the bathroom is very worn. There are pieces chipped off of it. The toilet paper holder is Rusty. The bathroom overall was not very clean. Some of the staff are really nice and some are not. It is conveniently located. It’s overpriced for the condition of the place.

Service was very good. Staff were polite and helpful. Wi-fi worked very well, and the room was nice and clean. We slept great in the beds as they were very comfortable. The only thing we didn’t care for was the adjoining door to the room next door. We could clearly hear our neighbors. We used the exercise room and it was suitable. The breakfast they provide is suitable for being included with our booking

Price was awesome, $ 55. Pretty clean, good place to crash on a road trip. Down the road is a holiday inn that is $ 100 per night, thus the Quality Inn better suited our needs. No bed bugs, kinda weird smell in the bathroom. Two bottles of conditioner, no shampoo. Very nice lady up front.
