Okay, I’m a fan. I’d call them again. I had an appointment for 8−10am, for three rekeys, one lock replacement for the door, and one lock replacement for my postal box. They didn’t show until 11:20 am AND I had to call to follow up where they were… it would have been nice to get a heads up if they are running late.
I had two guys come on a Monday, very nice, very chill, very casual. I was quoted $ 116 over the phone and charges over $ 140 onsite. I contested that and they immediately obligated and honored the quote I got over the phone. No worries.
I’d call them again for a good local company.
