Eh. Stopped in on my way through Carrollton. Very quick to order. Nice guy who explained the different burgers. I built my own adding Crispy, thin cut«smokehouse seasoned» fries. Better beer selection than what you’d find at a similar burger joint. A tad greasy. Not the best burger I’ve had by any means, but good for the price point. Walked out under $ 15 bucks. I’d only recommend if you needed to make a stop in the area.

It’s a burger joint. A good one at that. Basically just burgers(a lot of different ways), thin cut double fried frenchfries with various seasonings, great milkshakes, and fresh salads(if you must). That’s it! Clean, industrial interior. Stop in for a great burger for lunch or dinner. I do agree with others that the chili is too sweet for my tastes. They should tone that down a bit.

I always come in for the burgers when I’m around for work. They are some of he best around, especially the San Antonio bbq. The Parmesan herb fries are pretty good too. Also very good staff. Always knowledgable about their craft beer selections

Have tried all the burgers and many of the shake haven’t got wrong yet. Many people think it’s a première burger joint it’s more like a southern burger joint and they do It well seeing as all the other smokes are down south.

Clean, nice, ok burger joint. Had a cup of chili that was ok. It was more of a sweet tasting chili and I prefer a non-sweet version. Loved their peanut butter milkshake. It was great. I will give it another chance next time I’m in the area.

Another attempt at a premium burger joint. The prices are pretty good, but the choices of «premium» offerings is limited. Options of blue cheese, red pepper mayo, spinach, garlic mustard are unique. For my lunch, I ordered the small chili with cheese, classic LA burger stand burger and regular garlic fries. The chili was too sweet, temperature and spiciness are spot on. The burger was sorta plain, the special sauce is mayo, ketchup and some garlic. Patty was 1⁄3 lb with high fat to meat ratio. It was ordered as medium well but was more medium to medium rare. The smoke flavoring is possibly from liquid smoke not actually smoking the meat. By far the best part of the meal was the 20 oz peanut butter shake. Overall, not as good as Elevation Burger and nowhere close to 5 Guys.

Did some post Christmas rabbit hunting in Carrollton with my boyfriend and his dad. Worked up a lunch appetite and I suggested this place looked good for lunch(surrounded by chains). Was pleasantly surprised such a novel burger joint exists in this neck of the woods. Creative burger options with premium toppings. I opted for their arugula salad which was a let down due to vast amount of rotting greens. I’m guessing it’s not a top seller for them. Salad was large but they needed some more toppings and fresher arugula. Boyfriend and his dad both had burgers. His dad had chili as well. Boyfriend also had fries which I tried and were good. I would recommend sticking with the burgers or perhaps going with a different salad. Would pick this place over mcdonalds across the street any day! Burgers are $ 7-$ 8 can also build your own starting at $ 6.
