This Sonic has the nicest people working at it. The food and drinks come out quickly despite being short staffed. Alec is my favorite car hop, always super sweet and excited to be serving you. One of the best Sonics I’ve been to!

Beware of the police around the area!
Be extra careful while driving through this Sonic area. The police are usually there and will give you a ticket if you go a little above 40 mph. The service speed is alright, juts like any other Sonic. They also have golden hours so look for that.

Good location. Food is always good and the service is always good. Its cool to watch the planes land and take off from the airport across the street while you eat.

This place has the most amazing view of the Addison Airport. Even if the planes are not taking off the blue lights of the taxiways & runway are beautiful. Great place to get a shake and watch the planes.

This sonic trip was good. I can never complain about their Happy Hour from 2PM — 4PM when you get half off drinks. Bars around the area should take a tip from Sonic! Service was fast and friendly, and I didn’t have any trouble with the card reader connected to the «Red Button.» Does anyone else have that problem at times or is it just me?
Good experience overall, the girl even brought me ketchup with my order just in case. I like that. It’s nice to have people think of things instead of having to ask. Way to go Sonic.

I have been a fan of Sonic for a good many years. I first found them in GA — then I moved to FL and found one very close to home… Now I’m in AL (no, I’m not touring the southern states!) and have a few in my ‘new’ homes town.
I have had a 99cent Route 44 window sticker on my car for a good many years — and everywhere I go — no matter what state (it says FLORIDA) on it — I get my drink for 99 cents. That car just got sold and I was smart enough to remove the window sticker and affix it to my new ride — despite the fact that it’s not 100% intact, I get no issues with my window sticker decal.
I think I’ll take it off again and put it back together and photo shop it to completion. Once I do that, I may post a pic of it online so anyone that doesn’t have one, can have one… humm… send me a dollar and…

Ugh… This sonic always messes up my order and I just fix the burger when I get home. This time they acted like they couldn’t hear me. Didn’t want pickles and I got extra. And I said light ice not extra — got extra ice. I work less than a mile away, I’ll be driving to the one on Belt Line from now on. Thanks :-/

Great Sonic, I had to help my Fiancée’s parents this morning and was looking for something quick to eat. This one has a wonderful staff to help out even with the plains flying over head from the airport they got my order right.

I’ve never actually eaten at a Sonic before, but yesterday at noon I went and grabbed a coke zero (A delicious sparkling cola) 44oz’s of that bubbling burst of black blessing.
By 5pm I was still drinking that Beauty, Ice and all.

I concur with Steve W. that this Sonic has the friendliest staff. This is the closest Sonic to my office and we get happy hour drinks from here at least twice a week. They deserve five stars for many reasons.
1. Their car hops wear skates! I always tip extra for delivering drinks on skates.
2. Speedy service– 10 complicated drinks in under five minutes. Sold.
3. The overall friendliness.
One time they forgot a drink I ordered and I called back unable to go pick it up. They put my name on a list and I was able to pick up that evening with any problems. That’s good customer service.
4. Sonic has great fast food! I love being able to get ice cream, cheese fries, or mozzarella sticks! They even have this new snack pack that has mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and tater tots to satisfy all your fried cravings for $ 2!
Definitely going to keep coming back.

I have been going to this sonic for almost 3 weeks and the car hops are horrible. I have yet to give them cash and be offered back my change. Each time I pay for my purchase with cash, they say thank you and walk away. One carhop tried to «give himself» a 4.00 tip. I work hard for my money and make the same per hour as they do. I have stopped going to this particular sonic and will drive out of my way if I want something from there. I also feel the last review by Steve must have either been written because he is or knows the manager of this location.

Well, well, well, Sonic… at last we meet.
Not only were you a good time, what with your friendly, roller-skating waitresses, ease of transaction, and the old timey drive-in feel, but your food was delicious as well. Excuse me, sir, but the Angus Jalapeño Cheeseburger that you served me was delicious, perhaps even out of this world. And cheese covered tater-tots? Genius!
I only wish that I had one closer to me here in Chicago. Or, at least a car with which to drive to the nearest Sonic.
Yum, yum, gimme some.
PS. I’ve just been told by one Laura W. (a Texas native) that the next time I go, I should have a cherry-limeade slush, so there you go.
UPDATE: Melody L. from Dallas has suggested that I try a Vanilla Dr. Pepper the next time I go, which sounds awesome!
