Some folks don’t realize that this is a WHOLESALE nursery. Even as a professional, there have been times when it takes a while for me to be assisted, but this place experiences a heavy flow of landscapers coming through their doors throughout the day. No one is ever intentionally rude, and preferring your landscaper to be there with you is reasonable. Homeowners may know what they want, but very few know what they’re getting into when they pick material on their own. Heck, there are a lot of landscapers who don’t know, either. Since the first time I set foot at Southwest 11 years ago, to this very day, I would recommend them to any landscape professional.

The people who work here are rude! First if you go in and your new and don’t sign in your in for a wait. There should be a sign saying please sign in. Bad customer service. We bought several trees from here through our landscaper, one died. Spent $ 10k on landscape for our yard.
Came to pick out 2 more trees and guy up there basically was like your landscaper needs to be here to hold your hand. What ever time wasted we were here last year and we drive around in a golf cart and picked trees out.
You people need to get it together up there and get in the same page. People who care about what is being planted in there yard want to pick trees out. We don’t need our landscaper holding out hand.
