Just got my iPhone 4S, thanks to Shaheen aka Eagle! Call her, you won’t be disappointed!
Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have had in recent years. I had call several other Sprint stores trying to get the iPhone 4S but had no luck. To my surprise Eagle had received a new shipment and was kind enough to hold the last piece for me, while I was on my way to the store.
I used to be a former Sprint customer so she had to make a few calls to get my account straightened out. She was very patient through the entire process and helped me set up my iCloud account, apple care plan and accessories at a great price!
