Very disappointed. Was hoping to redeem my coupon for a free 6 inch sub with the purchase of a 21 ounce soft drink so I went to subway hoping to redeem the coupon. I went through the whole process of creating the 6 inch sub and I was happy thus far; however, they were pretty cheap on how much vegetables and sauce but that’s a discussion for another day. I went to pay and I clicked redeem on my coupon and the coupon last for 5 min after you click redeem. The worker there looked at the coupon and disrespectfully told me that we don’t accept that coupon. I don’t know if she had a bad day or what. Luckily I had my wallet on me with cash or else I don’t know what I would have had to do to pay for the FULLPRICE meal. I wanted to speak to the manager for the way the worker talked to me and how they treated me and to see if I could actually use the coupon. So the manager comes over and they had the same attitude and told me NO we don’t accept that coupon when the coupon said valid at all locations. I didn’t want to start a whole commotion so I angrily payed for my meal and left. They didn’t even give me the chance to cancel the drink because they said they all ready charged up the order. LIKEHOWHARDISITRESTART A ORDERFOR A SINGLE6INCHSUB!!! I didn’t want the drink because soda was unhealthy so the soda was a waste. WILLNEVERCOMEBACKTOTHISSUBWAYEVERAND I HOPEYOUDOTHESAME. Go somewhere else if you want to have a good time and to be treated with respect!!!

Three people working all of them just staring at me no one would take my order and there was no body else in line. Not the first time this happened Worst service ever. I will drive an extra fifteen minutes to avoid this place.

I normally don’t write reviews for fast food, but I think this particular subway location is special and was disappointed other customers dogged it out. I have a food allergy and am a very picky eater. That is why I only come to this location. For some reason, this is the only store that offers a real 6″ gluten free roll, rather than the little bun they up charge for at the other locations. Also, they keep the prep area meticulously clean. I hate seeing the tuna uncovered and having the crusty top layer served to me, that has never happened at this location. That is why I grab a sandwich here 2 – 3 times per week.

I like subway but it’s just all there sandwiches don’t have that wow factor like Quiznos subs. At Quiznos the subs are just better because they have more options and they way they make them is better.

NEVERGOINGBACKTHEREAGAIN. I’m a nice guy, but wow was I amazed at how I was treated. I was treated like a 5 dollar lady of the night. The subway employees were RUDE, talking in a different language, I think they were Indian. It started with the bread. I asked for honey oat, and was given jalapeño. I ordered tuna, and vegetables; no cheese. No cheese. Check this shit out– As she was putting the vegetables of my preference on my sandwich, I asked for a little more lettuce… The woman looked up at me and placed two more leaves of lettuce on my sandwich!!! I asked, «may I please have a little more than two? haha» She then placed TWOMORE as she said she’d have to charge me extra. I was appalled. Extra cost for 4 leaves of lettuce? Why, I would imagine if I wanted a measly 10 more(which is what I did want) like I get from ALLOTHERSUBWAYS, I wouldn’t be charged. She couldn’t find the button for extra lettuce(because vegetables are free according to the subway webpage) she charged me for extra cheese. I almost fainted! Need i remind you, I didn’t get cheese to begin with!
