I am deeply concerned with the business integrity of the Flower Cart. I purchased my sweetheart a dozen of roses on February 12, 2015, and paid $ 162.35 via my debit card. On February 25th, I noticed that my checking account had been debited a second time for the exact same amount. I swiftly called and advised a gentleman at the Flower Cart of my circumstances. He assured me that it would be resolved in a day or two. To date March 18th, the matter still is not resolved. I called yesterday to get a status and to speak with the owner and was told by the same gentleman that, «I’m only here part time and I do not know the owner’s last name.» He then hung up the phone. How very disheartening.
