I might be a little bias since I used to work here years ago, and it is actually one of the best jobs my teen age years had ever had …
But, years later, I come back looking for a pressure washer … me and my BF were completely clueless as to what we need etc etc… we initially just wanted to rent one, so we went to the Tool Rental department. We spoke to an old guy, Melvin, and he was very enthusiastic, upbeat, knowledgeable, and was just sheer to joy to have around. We were very upset to see how expensive it was to rent a pressure washer, so he asked us a few questions, and suggested a few other economical alternatives to help solve the problem… we were only there for a few minutes but my bf and i were very impressed at the service …
now, the product he suggested actually didnt help much, but still, just because melvin has showed us true interest and a wonderful customer service, we will definitely be back
