Very unhappy with this store and this company. I just moved to the area from out of state and I needed a trailer to haul washer dryer and a couch I just purchased. UHaul used to be my goto for such things. I say used because never again will I spent another dollar with them. First off… the place was understaffed as evidenced by theblime of people all with reservations to pick up trucks and trailers and only one person on duty. Second… they wanted all the usual information for renting but they also wanted names and numbers of two friends or family for wjom thwy said they had to call to confirm I am who my dl says I am. Absolutely not. You have my dl and my credit card thats all yoi need to make your stupid $ 25 for the rental. I cancel my reservation at this point and left. I went to another rental company all together who was more than happy to rent me their trailer with jist my dl and cc.

Great friendly and professional customer service. Very affordable trailer rental prices with fast easy return of equipment. The general manager Miguel Portillo is very friendly and extremely helpful.
