My husband and I ordered 100 wings for a Super Bowl party a week in advance online. I received an order confirmation to pick them up at 430 on 2⁄7. We had 40 guests at our house. My husband was there at 430 pm yet they could not find our order and didn’t have it ready. He showed them the confirmation, and they said to return in an hour. My husband had to leave our party at 530 to return yet he was still told they would not be ready for 45 minutes. He missed the entire first half waiting for our wings that we paid $ 100 for a week in advance. I emailed corporate last week, and have not heard anything back. This is absolutely ridiculous. A business should stop taking orders for the Super Bowl if they are unable to fulfill the early orders. Never again!!!

I’ve been here several times and while the food is consistent at this location, the service isn’t great. The employees at the counter are inexperienced at holding a normal conversation and a little immature.

This location is fairly new, and it’s very clean! Service has been great the past couple of times I’ve been. And the wings are pretty consistent. I never got into Wingstop until recently. So I can’t say much on how the quality has changed over the years. I really enjoy the wings! I know some may say that the lemon pepper here is a bit greasy, but that’s what I would expect from eating buffalo wings. They’re not the most healthy food — of course. I’ve always gotten the favorites(lemon pepper and original hot). Never fails me! Sidenote: this is coming from a college student. So I’m all about that frugal living.

Noa(if that his name as he said so) is my assistant at this place very bad services, he rude cuz every time I order here they do my service fine just this time he try to charge me extra for sauce that suppose to be 3 flavor. So if whoever is the manager wit the customer service he have, it going to run out of businesses soon please take a look at your worker just a reminder

I have felt for a couple of years now that Wingstop’s quality has gone downhill. I hated that because they used to have such great food! My husband and I decided to give this new location a try and I’m glad we did. This location has been like a blast from the past to how Wingstop used to make food. We’ve eaten from this location twice now and both times were good. We will be eating here again!

Worse wingstop I’ve ever been to. I am a wing stop lover but this new location is disappointing… wings are very small compared to other locations, manager is not very friendly and no one greets you when you walk in. Ordered using the app… asked for food to be done at a specific time got there 10 mins prior to my specified time and my food was already done. When I asked how long the order had been done the associate got an attitude and told me them being busy was the reason why I was about to be served cold food and that I would have to wait another 17 mins for fresh food. Good thing I checked my food before I left. Outside of cold food. I have dealt with the same interaction and customer service every time. I will stick to driving a few miles further to the location I went to prior to this one opening…

There are some negative reviews here for this Wingstop but I don’t see why or how. Their wings are on point every time I order(once to twice a week). I always get Hawaiin and the Original Hot and have never had a problem with them being too greasy. The staff is friendly and polite every time I come in. The only complaint I have is that every time I call in an order for pickup, I am usually put on hold for a few minutes. I understand that they are probably just very busy, but it would be nice not be put on hold every time I call!

This location deserves more credit than it’s currently receiving. I’ve ordered here plenty of times after it opened and have yet to experience anything negative. Every time I order to-go, they make sure my order is exactly how I want it to be and confirm with me once, before finalizing my order and again, before I pay. They’re consistent with the timing considering my order is always ready by the time I pick it up. Friendly staff, clean tables, good wings, convenient location– what more can you ask for?

I love this company but man the food was awful. Not even cooked al the way thru which mean it is not crispy at all. Food took way to long for a 10 piece 35 min when I called it in. Will prob never come to this location again because of the food quality and service I was given.

It seems to me the great people of Carrollton will only speak up on a negative experience instead of giving compliments which hurts a lot of reviews. So here is my compliment on this specific location. I was a huge Wingstop fan in Albuquerque NM, but when I moved to Dallas about month ago not so much. I tried 3 different Wingstop locations, Addison, Flower Mound and one in Plano. All of them were terrible. Super oily or under cooked were all I got. I couldn’t believe it my favorite Wing place went to hell in Texas. I finally got settled into my place in Carrollton and thought Id give them another go. I had been going to Wing Town around the corner and it was great, but I’ve been missing my Louisiana Rub Wings. So I went to to this location despite the horrible reviews on here, and got my Louisiana Rub wings and Hickory BBQ. They were awesome! Just like the one by house in Albuquerque! The staff was nice and even asked about my day. I gave the typical Eh you know busy day small talk answer, but they kept talking to me like they really cared lol. When they grabbed my order they double checked I had everything I ordered and sent me on my way. I give this specific location 5 stars because they know how to cook Wingstop wings right, and because the staff is really nice! Sorry so long but I felt it was necessary. Hope you love them and to the people of Carrollton, don’t forget to give a good review when you have one because good business get hurt by these reviews. It nearly steered me away, but lucky for me it didn’t.

I was so excited when this new location opened right up the street from my house. It is so much more convenient than the other location in Carrollton. The food was great. Love the Lousiana rub and lemon pepper. The service… well there is the downfall. I placed my order online at 9:44 and was told it would be ready to pick up at 10:04. Got there right at 10:04 and was told 5 more minutes. That was fine. My order was not ready until 10:27. Five minutes turned into over 20. That is completely unacceptable. The reason I placed the order online was so that I wouldn’t have to wait in the store when I got there. HUGELY disappointed. If it weren’t for the amount of time it took to actually get my order I would have given this location a great review. But because of the poor service I don’t know that I will return. I can order from the other location and go pick it up and be home in less time than it took to order and pick up from the location right up the street from my house. This will be my course of action in the future. :(

This is a new location that opened near my home. I’ve used the other 2 Carrollton locations multiple times before and find the chain is very good with it’s core menu. I especially like their hand cut fries and this location did a great job with that. I got very good service both on the phone when I placed my order and in person when I picked up my order. The food was all still hot and fresh when I got home. I have a couple of nitpicks to post, but I think they apply to the chain as a whole or at least more than this location. The website lists a 15 piece combo for 2, but when you call it in, the order taker says that’s a 12 piece combo but can add a 3 piece. It does seem unusual to offer a «combo for 2» with an odd number of pieces on the website. I think they need to standardize their offerings between the website and individual stores. I also tried their new flavor«Serrano Pepper Glaze» which they place in their«heat chart» as milder than«Louisiana Rub» but Serrano seems hotter to me. At the risk of showing my west Texas roots, «Louisiana Rub» is a dry heat.

Wings were good. Service was poor. I’ve received friendlier service at McDonald’s. It also seemed to take forever to get our food. I remember thinking«I could have driven to Buffalo Wild Wings and sat down, ordered, and received my food by now» and I still didn’t have my food. While the Louisiana rub wings tasted great, the cheese fries were horrible. All they are is normal french fries with a side of that horrible tasting fake cheese sauce that you often see on ball park nachos. Everybody in my family hated them. Also, the fact that you have to pay extra for dip for every order seems cheap. Who eats wings without dip? One dip should come with each wing order automatically. Go there for the wings, but nothing else. And call ahead, or you’ll be waiting a while for your food.

The food at this Wingstop location has more oil than Exxon-Mobil. I placed my order on line but I never received a text to my cell of when my order would be ready. At other Wingstops I am always told«:your order will be ready in 14 minutes». I live approximately 7 minutes away and I didn’t leave home immediately after the order was placed. I paid for my order upon my arrival and waited maybe 10 minutes or so before my name was called. The order that went with name was most definitely NOTMINE, it was enough to feed and army and I had only ordered an 8 piece combo meal. After waiting 28 min for my order after I paid for it, it was finally ready. Please tell me again what the point of ordering online is? Having had my order screwed up once before at this location, I remembered to check the bag before leaving the counter. Slimy wings swimming in grease, check; cole slaw, nope, someone gave me veggie sticks instead. I had to stop and bring this error to their attention. The young man seemed baffled and proceeded to serve me the family size container of cole slaw. Pity that, as it went in the trash at home with most of the chicken. I honestly don’t know why Wingstop even bothers with a «flavor» when it would never occur to them to somehow drain the grease off of the chicken in the first place. Basically there is really only one flavor at Wingstop and that flavor is GREASE. Don’t let the menu fool you as no flavor has a chance of adhering to that oil slick of a mess. If chicken so greasy it requires its own haz mat team is your thing, you will love Wingstop. As for me I will continue to look for a tasty wing restaurant that meets EPA standards

The only reason this review is not 1 star is because the food is so good. What is lacking is customer service and knowledge front desk staff. I placed an order on the website and was given about a 25 min pickup time. When we arrived 30 min later the order was not only not ready — it was not even started. The guy working the register was complaining that he was sick. Others waiting also said they placed there orders long ago. We were so excited with this store opening as its a favorite place of ours. But, please do some retraining of the staff. This was our 2nd visit to this new location with the first being equally as bad. If the wings weren’t so good I’d just walk away and never return.

I used to be a big fan of WingStop. In fact, I used to ride my motorcycle 7 miles to their Plano location at least twice a week just to get a wing«fix». So, I was pleased to learn that a new WingStop was open just a couple of miles from my Carrollton home. However, on my first visit, I was disappointed that the wings were just not as good as I remembered. Perhaps I have become spoiled by the wings at nearby Wing Town. This little local joint has better wings and a better value. I ordered 10 Lemon Pepper wings at WingStop and when I got them they were overcooked and swimming in oil. And, I personally don’t think the product is as good as what is used at Wing Town. All in all, not as good as I remembered.
