Very disappointed in this place — they talked me into spending more $$ to do all windows — and i didn’t get to use my Groupon. These guys were a rip-​off. They were supposed to come back and do the insides and did not show up after 2 appointments. Rip-​off!
I just read the comment under mine — it was the same girl — Amanda that set up my appointments and then did not come or call me back. What a disappointment. Calling Better Business Bureau

This service is awful!!! RUN!!!
Bought a Living Social deal for them to do 10 windows then upgraded to whole house tracks and screens, paying $ 200 total for approximately 15 windows. They came out and didn’t even clean all the windows, and cleaned none of the screens, tracks or wells. It looked terrible. I emailed pictures to Amanda, the admin/​scheduler and she apologized and said she would get them back out to redo the job…

They then no-​showed on the re-​schedule and did not return my calls or emails. For the next 6 weeks I emailed and left voicemails every 3 – 4 days and still had no response from them! I finally disputed the additional charge I had paid with my AMEX so I recovered half the $ — so I only paid $ 100 for nothing… GREAT!
They are truly a worthless service — do NOT purchase!
