Now we have LEANING and very loose upright posts on about 30% of our fence. The customer service at the office is poor. If you are going to use these guys, make sure you watch the installation! The install guys may not really know what they are doing, no matter what their salesman tells you. They skimmed through their work towards the end. My husband had to watch them pretty much constantly on one side of our property line because they kept veering off the property line markers about two feet! That is NOTCOOL. Now we hope the other three sides are accurate on our property line. On some posts there is NOCONCRETE as promised, and other posts were installed with the concrete too low in the ground, and with a flat top. Water sat there and did not drain and rotted the posts. My husband found this rotted wood below the dirt in our extraordinarily DRY No. NV climate, not near any irrigation and high on the outskirts of our large property. Now we have to dig out, support the post with metal or wood stakes with very large screws, break up old(flat) concrete underneath and get rid of that, and re-pour new concrete properly. Artistic would be happy to charge us $ 150 per post … on about 50(fifty) posts that badly need repair! If you use them, which I do not recommend, you have to watch them closely while working on your property. The office girl is quick to tell you: «Well, there’s no warranty.» She is very rude.
